Ole Gunnar Solskjaer speaks out on new signings Facundo Pellistri and Alex Telles

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has spoken out on the club’s new signings Facundo Pellistri and Alex Telles. The Red Devils have welcomed several players during the summer transfer window including Donny van de Beek, Pellistri, Telles as well as Edinson Cavani and Amad Diallo.

“We’re looking forward to integrating them into the group,” Solskjaer said of United’s deadline day signings.

“Facundo has been in training with us two days, very exciting, young, enthusiastic player with some attributes we don’t have. He’s maybe one for the future, maybe not for just now, still only 18.”

“Alex came in yesterday and did his recovery after a long, long flight from Sao Paulo, having come on twice for Brazil,” Solskjaer added. “So we’re looking forward to integrating him. Edinson has still not been with the group because of quarantine.

“All three have got something different to what we have and will definitely come in and help us. The group are looking forward to having them join in.”

Edinson Cavani is still quarantining following his arrival, meanwhile, Amad Diallo will join the club in January.
