Drama At Computer Village As Traders Prevent SARS Officers From Arresting Someone Today.

There was tension today, October 5 at Computer village in Lagos state today when the traders in the market prevented SARS officers from arresting someone.


The SARS officers stormed the village and attempted to arrest someone. However, the traders reminded the officers that the Inspector General of Police, Adamu Mohammed, on Sunday, October 4, banned them from carrying out any arrest.


One of the officers fired gunshot in the air to disperse the traders who remained adamant and prevented the arrest.

NECO to Reschedule Examination due to #EndSARS Protest

  The ongoing #EndSARS protests across the country has forced the National Examinations Council (NECO) to reschedule one of its Senior SChool Certificate Examinations papers currently ongoing across the country. NECO in a statement in Minna on Sunday evening signed by its Head Information Unit, Mallam Azeez Sani, said the Computer Studies Practicals paper 1 earlier scheduled to take place on Monday 19 October 2020, 10am to 1pm has been rescheduled for Monday 16 November 2020, 10am-1pm. Mallam Sani disclosed that the decision to reschedule the Examinations followed blockage of free movement of vehicles at the City gate in Benin, the Edo state capital, hence the inability of the council vehicles to deliver the papers for the Monday Examinations.
