Angry Youths Burn Father Mbaka’s Adoration Ground
Rev. Father Ejike Mbaka, who the Spiritual Director of Adoration Ministry in Enugu, southeast Nigeria, has also been affected by the ongoing tension in Nigeria as angry youths on Thursday set his Adoration Ground on fire.
The development is coming barely 48 hours after soldiers of the Nigerian Army opened fire on peaceful #EndSARS protesters camping at Lekki toll gate in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial city.
This online news medium understands attack on the #EndSARS protesters in its wake, left “several” protesters dead and others injured according to videos published on Twitter by eyewitnesses.
Hours after the attack, hoodlums took to the streets on Wednesday, vandalizing several properties and burning media houses. On Thursday, hoodlums turned on the Ikoyi Prison in Lagos, otherwise referred to as Ikoyi correctional center.
This evening angry youths have burned down Father Mbaka’s Adoration Ministry in Enugu, southeast Nigeria.
